Tour packages
Cancellations must be sent in writing by email or WhatsApp. Refunds of the land package cost are calculated from the date we receive your request:
30+ days before departure: 75% refund.
15–29 days: 50% refund.
7–14 days: 25% refund.
Under 7 days: 0% refund.
Airline, railway and visa charges follow the supplier's own rules and are refunded only as the supplier refunds them.
Date changes
We will always try to move your journey instead of cancelling it. Any difference in supplier rates for the new dates is payable or refundable.
Hotels and vehicle hire
Cancellation terms for stand-alone hotel and vehicle bookings depend on the hotel or vehicle and the season, and are confirmed in writing with your quotation before you pay.
Refund timelines
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Online payments are refunded through Razorpay, usually within 5–10 working days of approval.
