What we collect
When you enquire or book, we collect your name, mobile number, email address, travel dates and the details needed for bookings, such as passenger names and ages, and passport details for international travel.
Card and UPI details for online payments are entered on Razorpay's secure page and never reach us.
How we use it
We use your information only to plan and deliver your trip: to contact you, make reservations with hotels, airlines, drivers and other suppliers, issue confirmations and meet legal requirements. We do not sell your data.
Sharing
We share only what each supplier needs to provide your service. If you choose to continue a conversation on WhatsApp, it is handled by Meta under its own privacy policy.
Analytics and cookies
We count page visits and button clicks (such as WhatsApp or call buttons) without storing your IP address or personal details. If Google Analytics is enabled, Google may set cookies to measure visits in aggregate. Saved trips and comparisons are kept only in your own browser.
Retention and your rights
We keep booking records for as long as the law requires. You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information at any time.
